That helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try network reset of phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It says mobile isn't registered and I joined a couple months ago was a couple days past my payment and then was suspended and then made a payment yesterday the status says active and I thought I'd try changing my number to get service it says I've paid and have unlimited text and minutes not sure what the issue is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
