    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253081"&gt;@GHINWA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Fongo and it works on my phone with PM network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And what you meant by Fongo didn't work?&amp;nbsp; It has an error message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is very likely a Fongo problem and not Public&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Public mobile never block app usage on its network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try different thing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, make sure your Fongo app is updated&amp;nbsp; (Check app store)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then clear cache and clear data and try again.&amp;nbsp; You will for sure need to login again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still fails, uninstall Fongo, reboot and reinstall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still fails?&amp;nbsp; try this:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Fongo app can be access on Multiple devices. Try to install on another device that use other network (not PM), then try it and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; If works, then remove the sim card on the other device and insert PM sim card in that phone and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all these still showing Fongo not working only on PM sim card, open a ticket with Fongo and see what they say.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its been 2 days the application stopped working witj my 4G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have A french number subscription that includes 4G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the application worked very fine for the first week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now i can only connect with the WIFI. But my 4G is still working for well for all the other applications..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anyone know where the problem is coming from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
