    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253143"&gt;@Chicken&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;which is your current/old carrier?&amp;nbsp; for most of them, you don't have to submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; You can do all these on your Self-serve My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to My Account, click Change Phone Number.&amp;nbsp; There is an option to transfer number, pick that.&amp;nbsp; Then enter your phone number and then select your current/old carrier.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;For the old account info, try to use the account number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not, then you can port your number over to public mobile during the sim card activation process.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sign up first dont port while activating the sim. Always better to sign up get a random phone number then in your account click on change phone number then pick port your number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its free and super easy to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or are you trying to port from say koodo? Then just type in search CS_agent click that send a message and its pretty quick&lt;/P&gt;</description>
