SIM not provisioned? No Network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot even&amp;nbsp; make outgoing calls,&amp;nbsp; it might be a sim card provisioning problem.&amp;nbsp; That would be an easy f9lix for PM and you just need to open ticket with them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. That would only affect incoming text messages and incoming calls.&amp;nbsp; I'm suspecting that the Apple activation failed or that Public Mobile didn't properly provision service to the Public Mobile SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
