      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had changed my plan so that at the next renewal date I would receive the plan I had set up to get. But when the date arrived I still had my old plan. Why is that, and is it possible to switch to the plan I had wanted and just charge the remaining amount?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
