Hi,

When I joined a year ago my payment date was the 14th but it kept creeping up to the 9th! I think I'm good and before I know it the service is suspended! I am glad it is a quick fix but how can i plan for billing that way?

Because it's 30 days, not monthly. The date creeps up on 3<STRIKE>0</STRIKE>1 day months and back down after February.
