    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently switched to $55 plan thinking that I might use lot of data when I am out. But out of 20 GB not evey 1 GB is utilized still.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to go back to $15 plan with unlimited Canada wide call.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60051"&gt;@monakaushal0717&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you can definitely schedule a plan change for next cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, PM is prepaid provider and won't be able to refund or do partial refund with your current cycle even you didn't use much of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I suggest you select Change at next Renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit...Log in to your account / &lt;STRONG&gt;Plan and Add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt; / click &lt;STRONG&gt;Change My Plan.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Use the little yellow arrow to scroll to the plan you want...Then click Change plan on next renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
