      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I have the same situation where add-ons was purchased and have exceeded the monthly usage from the text but the data is still not available after numerous times of restarting the phone. I confirmed the availability of the add-ons on my account. Oddly, it shows I still have some data left from the monthly amount. Please help, it's awfully frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another way of updating the caching is to click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe you could provide an image of your add-ons list and while you're there the plan usage box to the left on a desktop browser. After clicking all those refresh icons of course.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
