      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I changed my plan and like a dummy I didn’t read that my previous plan wouldn’t be refunded. It just renewed. Is there any way to under this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/252887"&gt;@KarissaDee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If both payment came off the same day (i.e, you made your plan change right after the plan renewal earlier in the day), you have a chance to ask PM to reverse one of the transaction and leave the fund in the account for future use.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But if you did that couple days after, then you might not be getting any refund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Anyway, don't be shy, open ticket with PM Support and explain them what happened&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
