      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/62124"&gt;@BEER&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No if the account is permanently cancelled due to 90 days past suspension or from porting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, if you just missed the 90 days, PM support might be able to re-assign you the phone number, but your account will still be new (as in you will be on the new rewards system for sure)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
