      <description>&lt;P&gt;That implies your account is suspended because you would then have an SMS option. The email is just a login id but of course you would need to remember the password. So the only way to change the email is through the support people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But are you actually needing to pay to reactivate? That you can do with 611 and your 4 digit pin. Or vouchers without the pin. Or use real time payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
