      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you talking about to find your phone or you order a SIM? To find your phone you have to set that up on your device. If you order a SIM it takes about a week. Not including holidays. We just had Labor Day last weekend so it might be late.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
