@Williams1996 no not really it takes 1 to 3 weeks for delivery if it doesn't come by then you can contact a cs agent to check for you

Public Mobile often sends SIM cards by mail. There would be no tracking if they did that. However, if they used a Canada Post method other than regular mail, or if a different shipping company was used, there would be a tracking number.In your shipping confirmation e-mail, there is a button that can be selected for order details. Open that link. If a tracking number is available, it will be listed that.

If you can get to a Telus or Koodo kiosk at your local mall...see if they have one for you. When the one you've ordered is finally received...gift it to a friend or family member who wants PM service.

Are you talking about to find your phone or you order a SIM? To find your phone you have to set that up on your device. If you order a SIM it takes about a week. Not including holidays. We just had Labor Day last weekend so it might be late.
