topic Data being used in Get Support

I just noticed on my account that 484.07MB of data is used since yesterday when my plan renewed (sept 7). I didn't use that much data, if any at all. And when I go to view usage history, the last 7 days shows 0.24 MB used. And when I filter and use the dates Sept 7 to Sept 8, no usage shows. What's up with this? Obviously a mistake on Public Mobile's part. I don't usually keep an eye on this but I will have to going forward.

It's probably your data from your background apps from your phone. I always have my data turned off when I am on wifi and turn the data back on when I go off wifi or if I want to send a gif or picture message. And in your phone settings you can turn off running apps in the background.
