Hi, I have some older unused ads on but was not able to use them yet. ( free intl minutes) but I can't call internationally. What are that intl adds on usage if I can't use them? for the other adds on minutes, does it mean that I have extra 1900 minutes to use when I reach the limit 100 minutes.? Same, it say that in my plan are unlimited intl text but I can't text internationally.. any explanation?

@Hilda11 Hi where were you trying to call not all countries are on the list

If you have plan with some data and you don't use very much then no you won't touch the data. If you have a plan with unlimited Canada then you won't use those calling add-ons. You can however call the states and a small number of other countries with what you have.

Your 400 and 500 minute add-ons (adding- not the current ones) are:

Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela
