I have an international long distance plan I am in Newfoundland trying to call St. Pierre which is France and I am unable to call any advice

@glenhorton hi do you mean Saint Pierre and Miquelon ? if so it may be tehnically part of france but it won't be included in the long distance minutes

1. Texting should work.

2. If you used the zoiper app over wifi or data with a voip.ms account you should be able to call. And you can program the caller ID to be your PM number. You don't need a DID number so you balance will only decline for the out bound calls that you make.

Edit:

3. Voip.ms is expensive at 28 cents a minute.

4. FaceTime audio should work too.
