close all browser, and use browser from computer,/clear cache/cookies/use one page inPrivate mode,

@kds123me - try not to use a bookmarked website for your login with public...as least until these silly website updates get ironed out.

Choose to select the My Account or My Rewards from the top, right 'Sign In' area:

If you are using Chrome, I find a tab in incognito mode seems like the only way to go (unless you want to keep clearing your cache/cookies, which I don't ).

@kds123me I got this sometimes, too. I usually close and relaunch the browser and it works.

But it's true in some case, I need to use Incognito mode or a different browser and it will work right a way.
