      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your account is Active but you cannot access it through Internet, try calling 611 and purchase add-ons that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Work with agent to unlock your account in the mean time if you forgot password or similar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens when you dial 611 from your phone? If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use 611 to buy some add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But what do you mean "blocked"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
