      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up for PM a week ago and my credit card was charged twice by PM. One was the regular pre pay amount for the month. The second charge was $19.95. On my PM payment history there is no record of the $19.95 charge and I can't figure out what it was for? Anyone have any idea? thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not see any plan costing $19.95 tax included.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not charge any extras for signing up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that second charge maybe pending transaction?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
