Resetting my password

I want to log into my account and need to reset the password. I clicked on the link to reset my password but received no email. I tried this several times.

Eventually I got an email and when I clicked on the link to reset it and I got a message saying it had timed out.

How do I get this fixed?

@Dsijde Password reset is the known issue where you do not get the reset link on time. You will have to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph#, email address and the account number if you have. They will get back to you tomorrow morning.
