    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I want to log into my account and need to reset the password. I clicked on the link to &amp;nbsp;reset my password but received no email. I tried this several times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Eventually &amp;nbsp;I got an email and when I clicked on the link to reset it and I got a message saying it had timed out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;How do I get this fixed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will have to send a private message to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Moderator_Team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your ph#, email address and the account number if you have. They will get back to you tomorrow morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
