Go to Find TELUS Stores Near you or Koodo Stores or SIM Card from Amazon to buy it SIM card.

maybe them can give a credit if you have a issue but if not have anyhting no credit to cover SIM cost.

Buy and Free in your sentence is confusing @Arpit09

Did you purchase a certified phone from public mobile and not receive a sim with it, which should come free? If so, tell a CSA about it so they send you one you should have received.
