      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're showing it in your add-ons then it would seem it was not removed. Can you manually connect to T-Mobile? Did you turn on roaming data? Does your normal plan data work when at home?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not then it would be in your best interest to contact them again ensure you get a reply ask them to remove the current one and then replace it with a new one that starts today. If you use the current one it will expire in a couple of days and you will be have deemed to have used it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively while you were waiting for customer support you could purchase one of the US roaming data add-ons. Download TextNow and choose a Canadian number. With the data add-on you can now use SMS text, voice calling, MMS and have mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just don't use your voice calling or texting from the other US roaming add-on.
