I was curious if they had removed it but it shows up in change plans and it shows up in activation. I wonder if you overlooked choosing the 4G plans. That $50 plan is 3G. You would have needed to go down the 4G path.

NoHello everyone,

I have just signed up for a new account with Public Mobile a few days ago with the promo offer of 20 gigs for $55 plus 2 free gigs per month with the promo code.

I created an account and used the code but the $55 plan was not shown as an option. I ended up going with the 6 gigs for $50 I believe (I'd have to go to my account to check if it was 6 or 8 and then have to start this again, ugh).

I'm at a loss as how to correct this and cannot understand why when I clicked the link "sign up now" under the $55 plan and used the promo code as to why it wasn't an option.

Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. 🙂

I scrolled through the site a dozen times and it just didn't show up. I assumed with the link directly under the plan offer that it would take me there but it didn't apparently.
