    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are your services working? If so you can choose the SMS option? If they're not working then you could use the 611 service and your registered card and your 4 digit account pin to pay to reactivate the account. Or buy vouchers. Or use real time payments. Then when your service is active you can use SMS. And then you can still login using the wrong email address as it's just a login id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yes as already mentioned you'll need the support people to change your email address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
