Under My Rewards section showing Total Savings: $10 credit applied to your September 11 bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Common confusion is with O/0 zero, I/1 one and S/5 five. If this is the case with the mixup, no worries just contact a CS_Agent and explain the problem and they will apply the credit to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They can be reached by private messaging (envelope icon above) or type in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my Public Mobile sim card on Aug 12, 2022 and using my Friend Referral Code.&amp;nbsp; However I still don't see the $10 friend referral discount in my account.&amp;nbsp; Will it be directly deducted from my next payment on Sep 11?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
