    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251965"&gt;@Frah2022&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which city and province you are at??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You try reboot the phone?&amp;nbsp; Maybe if&amp;nbsp; you have another phone , try your PM sim card there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And any error on the phone status on top?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try changing to 3G only and see if it connects&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
