Do those work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try you sim into another phone to see if outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try 1 or more of the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restart your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggle into and out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;move your sim card to another phone to see if services works&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;manually select the 3G / WCDMA&amp;nbsp;ONLY&amp;nbsp;network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if calling improves&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact the&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile&amp;nbsp;Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are&amp;nbsp;two&amp;nbsp;methods&amp;nbsp;to reach them found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dial 611 from your cell phone...that'll tell you if plan is still Active and when your plan is set to renew.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251858"&gt;@Finusa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;are you on the $15 limited minute plan?&amp;nbsp; If you are , you might have used up the 100 outbound minutes.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Loading the Plan amount early would not renew you plan early.&amp;nbsp; In your case,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;you will need to buy extra add-on for $5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And alternate way is to use VoIP app like Fongo, you can make regular phone calls using the apps when you have Wifi or Mobile Data.&amp;nbsp; This could be a free workaround until Sep 6 renewal&lt;/P&gt;</description>
