      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to receive sms messages from Europe since July, even though my package has unlimited international texting. I had been receiving international texts for a few years before this and haven't had any issues. I'm not sure what the issue is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't changed anything recently (same number, same plan, same SIM), so I'm not sure what is causing this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read that Public Mobile changed their system a few months ago, could that be the cause of the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251776"&gt;@Eurotec&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; While you are in Canada you can receive texts from anywhere, from anyone that has the ability to text to you (with their plan).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, July 13th had some updates to My Account, but that &lt;EM&gt;should&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;EM&gt;not&lt;/EM&gt; have affected your texting services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to send to these Europe numbers without issue? What troubleshooting have you tried.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you restarted your phone recently, or tried your sim card into another phone to see if texts will go through then?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are all other texting in/out working okay&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251776"&gt;@Eurotec&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, there should be no reason why the europe ones are having issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot try your sim card into another phone...this would be a good test to see if this is a phone issus, the try doing a Reset Network Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This operation will reset your&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Wi-Fi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, mobile data network, and Bluetooth settings. It will not change any other settings on your phone or delete any data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;amp; updates &amp;gt; Reset, touch Reset network settings, then follow the onscreen instructions to reset network settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you did try your sim into another phone and still having the same issue (and you were able to receive these texts before) as CSA about this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have tried to reset it again as per your previous instructions, but I am not getting any results.&amp;nbsp; I did try the sim card on another cell phone (different make) and I have come to realize that there are a lot of people with the same issue since July. Could the change be from Canada or from outside of Canada. Do you know any other solution.
