If you ever have account related issues,&amp;nbsp;they&amp;nbsp;are&amp;nbsp;needed to locate your account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11504"&gt;@Tracystewart﻿&lt;/a&gt;, welcome to Public Mobile, and to the Community! &amp;nbsp;Sorry to hear you had a rough start. &amp;nbsp;I believe&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3757"&gt;@Luddite﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10123"&gt;@Kalla_A﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;have mentioned that you will need to activate your SIM card (using the link that Kalla&amp;nbsp;provided) and that as part of the process, a self-serve account will be created. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully this works out for you and you are up and running, but please give us a brief update when you have a moment to let us know how things are going now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(EDIT: &amp;nbsp;Kalla provided the link to activation, not Luddite. &amp;nbsp;My appologies.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
