      <title>Transfer from previous provider not completed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried transferring my Fido number to the public. Already activated &amp;nbsp;Public SIM card, responded the transfer authorization text from FIDO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received message from Public saying transfer of number couldn’t be completed and I will be contacted shortly from them &amp;nbsp;but no response from public team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe sometimes they do, but not sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&amp;amp;duid=1ml7MK2dvkmM37lFcEM7RHEOeep&amp;amp;lang=en&amp;amp;" target="_blank"&gt;for issues with transfer/porting of phone numbers over to Public Mobile.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, you can try calling the Telus porting phone number, which we are not supposed to post here. So, check your private messages I will send it to you there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
