Can you please send a request again to my old device provider, Virgin Mobile do I can authorize the transfer of my phone line to you?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can either ask agent to do that again or call provided number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep both accounts active and OLD SIM in your phone. Reply Yes within 90 minutes of receiving SMS from Old provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
