      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something is wrong with the links on the website. I can access "my account page" but when I try to go to make a payment I get the error code 404, something is wrong with the page and other pages as well. The only page that works is the "my account page:. How does this get fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251672"&gt;@lynchvrt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - yes, there are ongoing issues with My Account since latest upgrades.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in&amp;nbsp;incognito&amp;nbsp;mode then log in this way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance and to hopefully get someone on this for improvement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact the&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile&amp;nbsp;Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are&amp;nbsp;two&amp;nbsp;methods&amp;nbsp;to reach them found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
