      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden my data is not working. I haven't received a text message about reaching my limit and the stats usage page shows nothing. How can I get confirmation whether or not my data has maxed out or if there's something wrong with my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Usually, the usage page showing no stats means you have used all your data.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you check your phone's usage setting to see if the data you used is close to your data limit?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32842"&gt;@alexthaii&lt;/a&gt;, if the data addon is not showing up in your addon section of the self serve then you have used up all of your data.&amp;nbsp; There are a few options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Purchase a data addon (doesn't expire and available until fully used up)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use wifi until next renewal date&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Message a moderator and ask to have your plan renewed early.&amp;nbsp;(I believe this would require you to have the funds sitting in avalable funds for them to process)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
