      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11483"&gt;@pooria1﻿&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for reaching out to us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, an account is deactivated&amp;nbsp;when the account is in suspended or rate plan expired status for 90 days,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Once deactivated:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The same account cannot be reactivated.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You must activate a new account with a new phone number.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Any remaining account balance, minutes or data left in add-on is deleted&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are sorry about this,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shazia&lt;/P&gt;</description>
