      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming that payment failed and that your plan didn't renew?&amp;nbsp; Until you can get any applicable issue sorted out, a Public Mobile voucher can be purchaed from some corner stores or ar recharge.com.&amp;nbsp; You can apply tge payment by dialing 611.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
