    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251338"&gt;@shilsendeger1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;So, you are a long term customer and had no problem before?&amp;nbsp; Just having this problem lately?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you got a new SIM card, did you go through the Change SIM card process on My Account to register the new sim card with your phone number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, you can only receive landline calls but not mobile calls?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;For those people on cellular who cannot call you, can you try to find out if they are from the same carrier, like Rogers?&amp;nbsp; Can you find something form Telus or Koodo or PM to try calling you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you join PM?&amp;nbsp; did you port your number into PM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can only receive landlines calls. I can make calls, also text and receive texts.&amp;nbsp; We have tried everything. We even got a new sim card. Can anyone help please? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
