    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I signed up, my renewal date was the 12th of the month. Now it's the 8th of the month. It keeps moving forward. How do I get it back to the 12th, and have it stay there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251283"&gt;@EJOM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No you cannot move it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that PM is running on 30 days cycle.&amp;nbsp; So, the cycle start date/payment date will keep moving up one day after a 31 days month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if August 8th was the last one,&amp;nbsp; your next couple one will be&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sept 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oct 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nov 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dec 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jan 5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feb 4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;March 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
