monthly renewal

When I signed up, my renewal date was the 12th of the month. Now it's the 8th of the month. It keeps moving forward. How do I get it back to the 12th, and have it stay there?

@EJOM No you cannot move it

Please note that PM is running on 30 days cycle. So, the cycle start date/payment date will keep moving up one day after a 31 days month

So, if August 8th was the last one, your next couple one will be

Sept 7

Oct 7

Nov 6

Dec 6

Jan 5

Feb 4

March 6

The only way to do that would be to allow your service to suspend and reactivate it in the 12th of each month.

OR make a manual payment on the 12th of every month. Though every few years you'd need an extra payment when due date became 1st of a 31 day month. 😎
