      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251233"&gt;@PGSparky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - are you trying to access data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you log into My Account to see if you have any left; or, you can call 611 to check the balances of your data as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit, also try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restart your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove and reinsert your sim card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try your sim into another phone to see if things work&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Site says I still have data available, did the reset and did sim swap, everything else works but still get the prompt to log in to public mobile network and still get an internal server error when it tries.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
