      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251167"&gt;@dbaker3761&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you are new PM customers,&amp;nbsp; then you need to open ticket with them and ask them to ship one back to you.&amp;nbsp; But shipping of sim card could take 3 weeks,&amp;nbsp; if you need one urgently for activation,&amp;nbsp; check if they can just reimburse the cost if you opt to pick up one from Telus or Koodo store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are existing customer , you can just move your sim card from the old phone to the new one, it will work as long as the size fits.&amp;nbsp; Of course, still open ticket to get the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new one back as spare&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually when phone AND SIM are ordered they are shipped together. If you are missing SIM, contact agent for clarification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
