      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/251210"&gt;@Shahriarghorban&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- you need to activate a never before used public mobile sim card to be able to 'buy a plan'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Activate here:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But then you said "check my data", so this leads me to think you already have an activated sim card and a chosen plan, is that right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in&amp;nbsp;incognito&amp;nbsp;mode then log in this way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If having issues with your password, use the &lt;STRONG&gt;Forgot your password&lt;/STRONG&gt; option to reset it, found here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you never created a My Account before, then you can submit a ticket here to: &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&amp;amp;duid=2BXKyAsUGl2N10AVl7ws2J1MLVR&amp;amp;lang=en&amp;amp;" target="_blank"&gt;Create or forgot My Account email or password link&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note - If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
