    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/65221"&gt;@pramod&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you try to manually connect to AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile?&amp;nbsp; if you are only looking for Data connection, a manual connection should work if Automatic fails.&amp;nbsp; But if you have voice roaming, then you can only connect to T-Mobile for its 2G network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I think you are back in Canada already.&amp;nbsp; No worry, PM is fair and usually will provide refund or partial refund if the roaming service did not work.&amp;nbsp; just open ticket with them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought US roaming on August 19th and drove through NewYork, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Verginia, West Verginia, Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina. I didn’t get cellular and data reception anywhere except momentarily couple of times. I am really disappointed and would want refund of money paid. I also advise others to be aware.How do I claim refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM talk roaming isn't good in US because of poor coverage under T-mobile 2G network. You may get local sim or use voip.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
