Do you mean All your text messages @woz ?

If Android, try to going to Settings > Language & Input. In the Language & Input screen, tap Android Keyboard to go to its Setting. Tap Languages, and turn off Use System Language. Choose the language keyboards you desire.

Otherwise, if you meant texts from Public Mobile/611, then see @NDesai's post.
