      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a 1GB add on since my plan had used all of it's data. Didn't end up using this data, so it rolled over. I now have capped out my data again this month but my additional data add on won't allow me to use this data now (says 0% used on my profile). Any idea what the issue is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First click on the little spinner refresh icon lower down under the add-ons. Then check your phone for any data limiter (if Android).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But, how do you know you did not use it up during this latest renewal cycle?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see it in your My Account, that means it has been used up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do see your data addon with remaining data to use, after refreshing your screen, or opening a tab in incognito mode and logging into My Account that way, then try 1 or more of the below troubleshooting items:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restart your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggle into and out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;move your sim card to another phone to see if services works&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
