Changing voicemail name

When someone calls my voicemail the machine introduces me and then says a name I recorded months ago, I want to change the recording, could someone please help?

Call your voicemail from your phone by holding 1 down. The settings to change your name are under Manage Your Greetings. While you're there, you can also go through the Personal Options to set things the way you prefer.

I tried all the manage your greetings options and they wont work, when someone calls my voicemail it just does the same thing

My apologies. It's under Personal Options, personal preferences, and access your recorded name.

I while ago I had a hell of a time to find that option...
