      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried rebooting my phone and it jumped to 10MBPS for a couple minutes and then it went back to 1.7 sometimes under? I tried speed testing at a&amp;nbsp; restaurant 10km away from my home earlier and it was 0.3MBPS. Not sure why the internet is so painfully slow and have had very little help from the agent at Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a 3G plan for almost 2 years and for most of that it was unthrottled (error at PM's end i think), so I was getting great speeds. A few weeks ago that changed and I was getting the same speed as you or slower, so i think they caught in and put the throttle back on. They're likely reviewing reports of migration rates to the new 4G plans and noticed i had a 3G plan with no throttle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case it got me to upgrade to a 4G plan because I wasn't even getting 3Mbps; it was so slow at times that i couldn't even listen to Spotify. Not as advertised, even for 3G. Anyways it's been great since going to a 4G plan, so this round goes to PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
