When closing one of two family phone accounts can the $1. refer a friend credit be transferred to the remaining phone number account?

@Woods20 How important is the number you're closing (transferring?) to you? You could leave the account with the referral active and port out/close the other account but would need to change/update all account info (name/email etc.) for the one remaining and give the SIM to the other user?

Nope. Whatever rewards are associated with one account get lost after closing account. And since other person is already PM customer it cannot be re-referred.

it's not transferring... it's call readded to the account Active.

both accounts have referrals, but the one is being closed due to the person passing.

@Woods20 Sorry to hear that and for your loss. Unfortunately, as already said, PM won't transfer the referral.
