Why was my last payment after only 2 months instead of the usual 3 months. It was for the same amount as usual, and therefore an overcharge as far as I am concerned.

prepaid service not have overcharge.

in here the service for 30 day or old plans has every 90 days.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

and go to payment history.

Are you on old plan with 90 days of billing?

Been going through my paperwork, trying to verify dates and payments. I can’t find where the supposed 2 month bill was. Just recovering from Covid, covid brain is real.

@elliottrick27 are you on 90 days plans?? PM is on 90 days in this case, not really 3 months. So, for an example, you could be charged on May 1st and then again on July 30th. Of course, give us the exact dates and amount and we can help further
