I recently switched from andriod to iphone, keeping the same sim card. I was wondering how I can add a celluar Plan, as I dont have a qr code.

Put the sim in your iPhone. See if it works as long as your plan is Active.

you have to physical move your sim card from the Android phone to iPhone

I have moved my sim card, I would just like to know how much data I've used for my current period, like I could on andriod.

Switching phones should not interfere with your plan. Just remove SIM from one phone and plug it in into another. Use SIM adapter if needed to match SIM format in new phone.

Unless apple has its own tricks and hoops you have to jump through...

simply remove the adapter SIM card in the size that fits and insert it into your new iphone..

If you don't want an app to use cellular data, you can turn it off for that app. When cellular data is off, apps will use only Wi-Fi for data.
