    <description>&lt;P&gt;My data recently ran out so I bought 1GB more, but it is still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also checked my account and it says that I have almost half a GB left of my original data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in BC, but I have been in Alberta for the last few days. Could that be the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is Canada wide. Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you on Canada Wide then it does not matter where you are (while in Canada).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try rebooting your phone? Maybe changing provinces somehow interfered with your service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
