Each phone number must be in its own account.&amp;nbsp; As to whether they can keep their number, those phone numbers must be still active at the old carrier, and the phone numbers must be from a city that Public Mobile/Telus Mobility also normally offers phone numbers for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
