      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a potential workaround that a friend used. If you can get a 416 or 647 number from another provider, you could then port that number to PM. My friend used Fido (for Guelph in his case) because he could open a prepaid account for about $20; it may be cheaper elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
